Hosted by ACTIF, this fundraising event will feature selected clips and never-before-seen footage from the documentary currently in production, The Giant Sable: Rising From the Ashes. The footage chronicles the remarkable efforts to protect and restore this iconic species.
The evening begins with a canapé reception featuring an exclusive wine pour by Ulysses Vineyard, followed by the film presentation and a conversation with filmmaker George Woodcock, co-director Kalyani Lodhia, and Angolan conservationist Pedro Vaz Pinto. A live and online auction will help raise funds to complete the documentary and share the extraordinary story of the Giant Sable with audiences around the world.
